The bike tour will start from the Peccioli Borgo dei Borghi 2024 bike store at 10:30 am. After a brief explanation on e-bike use, we will begin our bike tour along the Tuscan landscapes. The e-bike tour will follow the beautiful Tuscan hills where we will stop to take amazing photos and ride on beautiful bicycle roads.

During the ebike tour we will cycle to the Organic Farm  for a visit and an  all truffle tasting lunch, please note that all products are from the farm and nearby organic farms. Welcome drink (prosecco). Lunch (appetizers all made with local products, fresh ricotta mousse by the glass with truffle, bruschetta with lardo di colonnata and truffle, bread (crostino) with red pesto and truffle, tris of pecorino cheese with truffle honey, eggs from the organic farm’s chickens with truffle on top or knife-cut Chianina cow meat tartare with truffle on top, for dessert a really special honey and truffle ice cream). The chef will still provide you with local wine and some really exciting surprises! The truffle hunter will explain to the riders how he performs truffle hunting and information about his products, all made from the truffles he hunts during all nights and early mornings.
