The bike tour will start at 10:30 am from Peccioli near Volterra and San Gimignano bike store. After a brief explanation on e-bike use, we will begin our bike tour along the Tuscan landscapes. The Tuscany bike tour will follow typical Tuscan villages to take beautiful photos of vineyards, olive groves and beautiful bike roads.

During the e-bike cycling tour of Tuscany we will stop for a fantastic cooking class at our best selected organic farm in the Tuscan hills. After a short introduction, put on your cute souvenir apron and follow a friendly preparation of the signature dish of the Italian culinary tradition “pasta.”

You will prepare fresh pasta, ravioli/nocchi, lasagna, from the preparation of all ingredients to the final tasting of the prepared dish. Everything starts with a few simple ingredients, expertly blended to enhance the famous Italian dish as a “unique creation” when made with your own hands.

At the end of the Tuscan cooking class, we will have lunch together with the dishes we prepared and enjoy a good Tuscan meal as a family , tasting wine and olive oil from the farm of our wonderful selected location. We will also be happy to provide you with a printed recipe that you can use to enjoy being a “Tuscan chef” even when you return home! Special price for children.
